May I have samples?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 1–7 days; new sampling takes 7–35 days. Sample cost is 1.3× the mass-production price and is refunded when you place the formal order.
What is your MOQ?
500 units for light customization (color, logo, packaging, panel). ODM projects with new tooling are scoped per project.
Which certifications do you hold for my market?
Certifications are issued per model, not per factory: ETL / FCC / CARB / CE / UKCA / PSE / KC / RCM / SASO are held across our product lines. Tell us your target market and we will map the exact compliance package — see Compliance by Market.
What warranty do you offer?
Every unit carries a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. Spare parts are supplied free within the warranty period (consumable filters excluded); after warranty, parts are charged at market cost.
Can you supply replacement filters long-term?
Yes — filters are made by our own filter division (2M sets/year). Replacement programs are priced separately from units; see Filters & Consumables.
Is every model available in every country?
Certain models are under exclusive distribution agreements in specific markets; contact us to confirm availability for your region.
Do you support FBA prep and Amazon documentation?
Yes — FCC, CARB and Prop 65 documentation mapped to your listing state, plus carton/label requirements per your prep guide. See our Amazon compliance checklist.
